Adam Rikkers, chapter 13, question #5

I found much of the chapter interesting, but one of the points that really interested me was about how with less hardship comes less incentives to help yourself. I like this part because it seems like common sense and is very simple to understand. Another way someone could explain this is that if you don't have to work for anything that you have, then you will probably care less about those things, and just expect things to be easy. It was also interesting because there are certain cultures that are already like this, and it is apparent. Overall I liked the whole chapter.
