Gabbi Johnson, Chapter 13, question 5

I found it most interesting when he said "skilled workers usually need other skilled workers to suceed."  Like he said even if one person is a skilled surgeon, they need an entire network of doctors, technology to perform the surgery, sterile rooms and tools and the list goes on and on and this is the case in any profession. A couple years ago I went to Cameroon and we visited a hospital that was run by the Baptist denomination of the country, which they had received funding from organizations to build and run. But once people were trained they were able to run a good hospital with good care. But the hospitals run by the government were apparently of less quality and less care to the patients. So it seemed to me that the more privately run network type of hospital was more affective than the government run and regulated one.
