I found the section on how poverty will change the most interesting.  In Europe there is much more aid provided to those in need such as health care, but the unemployment rate is higher. This is because the work places must provide more for their employees and it becomes more difficult to keep people in jobs. There seems to be a trade off between generous benefits with high unemployment and harsher benefits and a richer system with higher employment.
