Hank Olson, Chapter 5, Question 4

I wanted to talk about my main man Bill Clinton's hope scholarships. The Idea was that you pay back loans based on you salary. The problem with this is that it would in a way worsen debt situations for students who are going into fields tha make more money. This is because they would have to pay more then necessary. This means that the program would attract earners such as future teachers like me. So it would not balance out in the way it is suppose to and the program would lose money. Personally, I would love if this was a thing because since I want to go into elementary education I would benefit from the program.
