Chapter 3, Hank Olson, Question # 5 and #1

I found the passage about the three equally qualified men perplexing. The fact that there is no right answer bothered me. If there is no right person to choose then it is just left up chance based on the opinion of the interviewer. It makes me wonder about my job and why was I hired because when I was first interviewed I had very little experience. What put me above the rest?
