Paula Todhunter, Chapter 4, Question 1

I found this chapter really interesting, because no matter how the government acts, positively or negatively, it is going to affect my life. It feel like to me that there is such a delicate balance, because they could be thinking that they're are doing something good, but it could end up being terrible. Like the last couple pages said, government can help a lot, not help but seem socially desirable, and be just plain destructive. That's kind of scary to me considering a month or two ago I didn't understand a single thing about government besides things I gathered from Parks and Recreation. I feel like government is something we can all afford to pay more attention to.
